VNITO Alliance – Connect to Enhance Vietnam IT
Vietnam has been played a small role in global IT services recently, but its IT outsourcing industry shows big potential to contribute to Vietnam economic more in coming years. Therefore, VNITO exists to gather Vietnam software outsourcing enterprises and create an effective bridge between the ITO/BPO community and the government.

Once a month, VNITO members always gather, discuss different topics, raise their difficulties they experienced and together find the solutions. This month, the conference was held on 16th May, 2017 in CMC building, with 12 representatives company members of VNITO.
This conference is the great opportunity for all members understanding their company – members’ strengths, which they can use to better support each other in information technology market.
Additionally, the meeting also decided the next discussion topic of Organizational Culture. This promised conference hopefully find the most applicable solutions for each IT company to both reinforce employees’ spirit and attract more new talent ones.
