Savvycom Proudly Named the Only Tech Company in Vietnam’s Top 100 Sustainable Businesses 2025 (CSI 100)

On December 5th, Savvycom was officially recognized as one of the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses in Vietnam (CSI100). This prestigious recognition affirms Savvycom’s unwavering commitment to responsible business practices by integrating sustainability into its core operations. It underscores our deep focus on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles 

CSI 100 – Celebrating 10th Years of Innovation

The CSI100 Award, co-organized by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, is Vietnam’s most respected accolade for sustainable business practices. Since its inception in 2016, the CSI100 program has served as the benchmark for evaluating corporate performance in sustainability, emphasizing the importance of responsible production and business across the three fundamental aspects of ESG.

A notable update to the CSI 2025 program is the organizing committee’s inclusion of technology and Artificial Intelligence (AI) factors in the index. This change modernizes the evaluation framework, making it more favorable for technology companies like Savvycom to participate and demonstrate their sustainability efforts. 

This year marks Savvycom’s second participation, where we proudly stood out as the only technology company to meet the stringent criteria, securing a spot in the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses. To achieve this distinguished recognition, we complied with 145 detailed indicators from the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI). This included 87 basic indicators focused on legal compliance and 58 advanced indicators evaluating innovation and pioneering initiatives. This comprehensive framework not only validates our operational competence but also positions Savvycom as a tech leader pioneering sustainable business practices. 

Savvycom’s ESG Strategy: A Journey to Realize Sustainable Commitment 

We have placed sustainability at the heart of our growth strategy, focusing on leveraging advanced technologies to optimize resources and minimize environmental impact. Concurrently, we emphasize human capital development through specialized training and community support initiatives, thereby building a robust, sustainable business and social ecosystem through a comprehensive ESG strategy.

Environmental Stewardship: Leveraging Green Tech for Operational Excellence 

Savvycom believes that technology can significantly optimize resource utilization and reduce our environmental footprint. We have adopted “Green Office” principles, notably implementing a Paperless Office process through digital data management. The company also prioritizes refurbishing and repairing IT equipment, extending product lifecycles and reducing technological waste. This commitment extends through our strategic partnership with FORCS to promote paperless digital transformation in key sectors like finance, banking, insurance, and healthcare across Vietnam. 

Social Impact: Sustainable Human Capital and the 1% Pledge 

Savvycom views human capital as key to sustainable growth and enshrines Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as a core value. 

Internally, we demonstrate a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, reflected in the fact that the percentage of female employees and managers consistently remains 50% or higher. We provide optimal conditions for our employees through flexible working policies, including remote work options. Annually, Savvycom organizes extensive training programs and has partnered with major domestic and international universities (such as FPT, RMIT, Sydney), creating internship and career development opportunities for over 1,000 students since our founding. 

For the community, we adhere to the 1% Pledge—contributing 1% of our annual revenue to social activities. Key CSR initiatives focus on youth and education, including active participation in the “Mẹ đỡ đầu” (Godmother) program and the annual “Tủ Sách Ước Mơ” (Dream Bookshelf), which has provided 500+ books and computer systems to students in remote, disadvantaged areas. Furthermore, Savvycom sponsors scholarships for underprivileged students at the “Chung Tay Chia Sẻ 2024” CSR Scholarship Ceremony.
