Savvycom Year-End Party 2025, themed “Amplify Tomorrow” took place in a warm, energetic, and connected atmosphere. It brought together all Savvyers and guests to look back on a year of growth, collaboration, and continuous effort. More than a year-end reflection, the night created a space for connection, sharing, and the strong sense of togetherness that defines the Savvycom family.

Year-End Party 2025 opened with reflective moments as Savvyers revisited the 2025 journey through key milestones and memorable highlights. In her opening remarks, CEO Van Dang shared concise and inspiring messages, reinforcing the spirit of readiness to break through and move forward together in the journey ahead.
These moments of pausing, listening, and reflecting helped deepen connections, before the atmosphere was re-energized by interactive and engaging activities throughout the evening.
Recognition – Connection – Spreading the Savvycom Spirit
A major highlight of the night was the Savvycom Awards 2025, honoring outstanding teams for their remarkable contributions over the year. Five awards Savvy Thriving, Savvy Scaling, Savvy Delighting, Savvy Glowing, and Savvy Energizing were presented to teams that excelled in brand building, performance improvement, and driving sustainable growth across the organization.
Interwoven with the awards were performances from Amplify On The Stage, where Savvyers confidently showcased their creativity, individuality, and team spirit. In particular, Savvy on the Mic became one of the most memorable moments of the night, as Savvyers stepped onto the stage to sing, share, and freely express themselves. With warm encouragement from the Board of Management, this activity vividly reflected Savvycom’s culture of respecting differences where every voice is heard, valued, and celebrated.
Amplify Tomorrow – Breaking Through for the Road Ahead
The “Human Dot Moment” marked a meaningful point of connection, with the leadership team appearing together on stage to share brief directional messages for the journey ahead. The kick-off ritual “Amplify – Break Through to the Future” officially ignited a new chapter, fueled by shared determination and collective commitment across Savvycom.
The program concluded in a lively atmosphere with performances, interactive activities, mini games, and the Lucky Draw, leaving behind positive emotions and lasting memories.
