AI is reshaping how Businesses operate and grow

This result highlighted how AI has become an essential part of everyday business operations and set the stage for discussions on how organizations can move beyond individual AI adoption toward enterprise-wide AI adoption.

Building on these insights, the session explored Savvycom’s AI adoption journey, from internal adoption to delivering real business value for clients. Participants also exchanged perspectives on AI strategy, leadership in the digital era, and the importance of redesigning business operations, not simply adopting new technologies, to create sustainable value through AI.
Savvycom shares Real-World Insights on AI adoption
Continuing the session, Mr. Tue Nguyen, Chief AI Officer (CAIO) at Savvycom, shared the company’s AI adoption journey and key lessons learned from working with clients across various industries. He emphasized that as customers increasingly prioritize speed, efficiency, and business outcomes, technology companies must evolve from being resource providers to becoming AI solution partners.

CAIO Tue Nguyen Shares Insights into Enterprise AI Adoption
During the session, Mr. Tue Nguyen emphasized that AI transformation does not begin with choosing the right tools, but with rethinking how an organization operates. According to him, becoming an AI-native organization requires embedding AI into everyday workflows while fostering a culture of innovation through internal initiatives such as the Savvy Innovation Fund, Vibe Coding Hackathon, hands-on AI workshops, knowledge-sharing programs, and the Rubyrecognition system. These initiatives encourage employees to continuously experiment, learn, and apply AI in their daily work, making innovation a core organizational capability.
To illustrate this approach, Mr. Tue shared the case of Foundation Software (FDS), a U.S.-based technology company specializing in software solutions for the construction industry. Rather than simply adding AI features to its existing products, FDS sought a long-term technology partner to help identify high-value business opportunities, evaluate feasible AI use cases, and develop a practical roadmap for integrating AI into its existing systems. The case demonstrated how AI can deliver meaningful and sustainable business value when implemented with a clear understanding of business needs and long-term transformation goals.
Supporting the Business Community on its innovation journey
More than just a knowledge sharing platform, the Industry Exposure program provided Executive MBA participants with the opportunity to experience Savvycom’s working environment, culture of innovation, and AI-driven transformation firsthand. Through open discussions and practical insights shared by business leaders and industry experts, the program fostered meaningful connections, encouraged the exchange of ideas, and opened up new opportunities for future collaboration.
Savvycom extends our sincere appreciation to Sasin Executive MBA, the distinguished speakers, and all participants for joining this Industry Exposure program. We believe that stronger collaboration between academia and industry will continue to create lasting value, accelerate AI adoption, foster innovation, and empower the next generation of leaders to drive meaningful transformation in the digital era.
