Savvycom Recognized in Vietnam’s Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises for Comprehensive ESG Strategy
At the 2024 Vietnam Sustainable Enterprises Award Ceremony (CSI), Savvycom achieved a prestigious milestone by being named one of the Top 100 Sustainable Enterprises (CSI100). This recognition underscores Savvycom’s unwavering commitment to integrating sustainability into our core operations, reflecting a deep focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles that drive both economic and societal value.
The CSI100 award, launched by the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in partnership with the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, is one of Vietnam’s most prestigious accolades for sustainable business practices. Since its inception in 2016, the CSI100 program has become a benchmark for assessing corporate performance in sustainability. 2024 marks the first year Savvycom participated in the CSI100 award, and we excelled by surpassing thousands of other candidates, fully meeting the award’s criteria to rank among the Top 100 Sustainable Businesses. To achieve this prestigious recognition, we must satisfy 153 detailed indicators from the Corporate Sustainability Index (CSI). These include 95 basic indicators focused on legal compliance and an additional 58 advanced indicators assessing innovative, forward-thinking initiatives. These measures are considered the most comprehensive framework for evaluating our capacity to operate sustainably while maintaining long-term value for all stakeholders. This has promote us not only as a technology leader but also as a pioneer in sustainable business practices.

Each year, Savvycom commits 10% of our revenue to investing in research and development of new technologies. We have successfully demonstrated our technological expertise through prominent solutions, including the SavvyDex decentralized exchange and the SavvyFitness action-to-earn ecosystem. We have also integrated ChatGPT (OpenAI) into our SavvyGPT chatbot, helping businesses optimize customer care costs. Moreover, we focus on maximizing user experience by developing solutions such as the SavvyeLMS learning management system, SavvyeWallet e-wallet, Savvy eHIS hospital information management system, and Savvy eHRM human resource management system.
Savvycom has showcased sustainable growth and social responsibility through positive business metrics, significant scale expansions, job creation for hundreds of employees, and contributions to the national budget and society. We consider our workforce is the key factor determining success. Hence, we prioritizes human resource training and development. Each year, the company organizes over 40 internal training programs, provides educational support for employees, and places special emphasis on building a strong succession team to ensure sustainable and long-term growth.
Savvycom developers attend internal cybersecurity training
With a mission to not only lead in the technology sector but also contribute positively to the community, Savvycom considers Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) as one of our core values. Among our CSR initiatives, we place special emphasis on youth and education-oriented activities. We have been actively participating in meaningful programs such as “Mẹ đỡ đầu”, providing support to children orphaned by COVID-19 and underprivileged children in Hanoi. Beyond material assistance, the program carries profound emotional significance, helping children feel the love and care of the community.
In support of Vietnam’s Book and Reading Culture Day, Savvycom’s leadership team met with the teachers and students of Giới Phiên Primary and Secondary School in Yên Bái Province to donate 500 books.
Additionally, we lead the annual “Dream Bookshelf” program, supplying thousands of books and computer systems to aid in library management and research. These meaningful gifts have been delivered to primary and secondary schools across various regions. We also regularly organizes activities to motivate and provide Tet gifts to underprivileged students, helping them enjoy a warm and hopeful Lunar New Year celebration.
