He also discussed AI applications across business operations. In marketing, AI can analyze customer behavior to personalize content and improve conversion rates. For sales teams, AI supports lead generation, scoring, and follow-up, making the sales process more effective. Chatbots and AI agents can provide customer support across multiple channels, 24/7. In accounting, human resources, logistics, and administration, AI can automate tasks to reduce costs and errors. AI also creates opportunities to develop new products, services, and revenue models.

Mr. Tony Nguyen recommended starting with small projects that can deliver clear business results. Businesses should assess and rank use cases by business value and complexity, consider whether to buy an existing solution, integrate, or build their own, and prioritize projects that can demonstrate results before scaling.
